Hate Crime/Hate Incident Report Forms

This form is available to enable residents to report any incidents of discrimination or harassment. It was originally designed by the Community Safety Partnership and information asked for concerns any incidents of a racial nature, what events have taken place, whether the incident has been reported to anyone else such as the Police, and whether there are any witnesses.  The forms have recently been redeveloped to incorporate the other areas of equality where harassment and discrimination occur.

Harassment and abuse reported to the Council can often be caused by discrimination but it is not always recognised as such. It is hoped that by encouraging people to report such incidents, that action can be taken to remedy the situation.

Any information received is confidential and only shared amongst the Community Safety Partnership.

It is hoped to make this form available electronically but in the meantime if you would like a copy of the form or have any queries please do not hesitate to contact the Equalities Unit on 023 8028 5491 or email equalities@nfdc.gov.uk.
