Our Service

Appletree Careline services are delivered by New Forest District Council and our ethos is 'Helping people to remain independent for as long as possible'.

Appletree Careline is already a significant resource to over two thousand residents of the Forest and bordering areas. We pride ourselves in the provision of a quality, local service for self -funding customers who require a relatively uncomplicated, additional layer of support to maintain their independence.

Appletree Careline provide a 24 hour /365 days a year monitoring service to people aged 18 to 100 + who wish to have the security and reassurance of an immediate response in times of crisis or emergency, to person or property.

industry accreditation - in January 2016, Appletree Careline successfully achieved accreditation under the TSA Code of Practice and following further audits this accreditation was maintained in January 2017 and January 2018
