THE NEW FOREST DISTRICT (VARIOUS ROADS, NEW MILTON AND LYMINGTON) (PARKING PLACES AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING) (PART CONTROLLED ZONES) ORDER 2014

On 14 August 2014 New Forest District Council, acting as agent to the Highway Authority, Hampshire

County Council made a Road Traffic Regulation Order as follows:-

EFFECT OF ORDER: To introduce the following waiting restrictions :-

Parking Place, waiting limited to 3 hours Mon-Sat 9am-6pm in part of Lake Grove Road, New Milton

Parking Place for goods vehicle loading/unloading Mon-Sat 8.00am-6pm in part of Elm Avenue,

New Milton

No waiting at any time in parts of:-

Lymington - Rowans Park, Lower Buckland Road and Shrubbs Avenue

Ashley, New Milton - Lower Ashley Road, Ashley Road, Litchford Road, Kings Road, High Ridge Crescent, Melrose Court, Normans Road (access to Sports Ground)

New Milton - Ashley Road, Kenilworth Close, Highbury Close, Kennard Road, Marley Avenue, Kennard Court, Walnut Close, Lake Grove Road, Fernhill Lane, Fernhill Road, Leigh Road and Ubsdell Close

No waiting Mon-Sat 11.00-11.30am in parts of :-

New Milton - Leigh Road, Fernhill Road, Kennard Road, Lake Grove Road and Ubsdell Close

No waiting at any time on highway footway in parts of :-

New Milton - Albert Road and Vincent Road

DATE OF OPERATION : The Order will come into operation on 26 September 2014

FURTHER DETAILS : A copy of this Notice, the Order as made, plans showing the locations and effects of the Order, and a Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected during the usual office hours at New Forest District Council's Main Receptions at Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, the Town Hall, Avenue Road, Lymington and the Town Hall, Ashley Road, New Milton. They may also be viewed on the Council's website www.newforest.gov.uk under "Transport & Streets", then "Traffic Management" then "Proposed Permanent or Experimental Traffic Regulation Orders advertised".

APPLICATION TO THE HIGH COURT: Any person who desires to question the validity of the

Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of

Sections 1, 2, 4, 32, 35, 45, 46 and 49 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that

any requirement of those Sections or of Parts I, II, or III of Schedule 9 to the Act or any regulations

made under the said Part III of Schedule 9 have not been complied with in relation to the Order may,

by 25 September 2014, make application for the purpose to the High Court
