As a result of this review we have taken the decision to close MyHome.

We understand that this may be disappointing to many of you, however we are working on new and improved solutions to help you manage your tenancies. In the meantime the page below details the current alternatives.

For rent payments and current balances:

  • You can make a payment online now. You will need your full seven-digit account reference number
  • You can pay over the phone, or obtain an up to date balance, by calling 023 8028 5222
    • choose option 2, then option 1, to make an automated payment
    • choose option 2, then option 2 again, to speak to a member of our Customer Services team
  • Further information on paying your rent and how to pay is also available
